Big Problemo
Okay.
So, we have a very big problem in the club.
All in all, it is working well, we are getting our points, (mostly,) We got the t-shirts out, (finally,) We are checking the blog,(supposedly, hardly ever, like, once a month,) we are having lots of fun? (check for most members!)
Here is our VERY BIG problem:
Communication.
Ok.
Apparently, we can't use the blog Scc Pages, because a lot of members didn't get the email, or can't post, and the ones that can just forget to and don't.
So x out that on your list.
Newsletters would be very rare, because they take time and hard work and we, (being silly and crazy,) just want to get up and run!
So x out that on your list, as well.
I can't post the news on the blog all the time anyway, because I am away from home 13 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
So what can we do?
Well, heres some ideas.
We could have a cool collage we send around the club. Each member would post their own special photo or news on it, and there would be all the information a newsletter has!
When we fill it all up one member would keep it and send out another for the next collage.
We could all get a Skype account and video message each other news.
We could one office member deal with communication and tell all the members their points.
So, those are the temporary choices. Please e-mail me at annacorey1@gmail.com or annadog88@gmail.com- preferably annadog88 and if you don't have in email or I don't answer within an hour and a half please call me at 7565680 and if that doesn't work 225-938-2574 which will definitely work.
